Some examples of our work with early stage companies include:

  • Developed a go-to-market plan for a technology business including an actionable marketing plan, positioning that differentiates from the competition, channel strategy, sales strategy, product insights and MRD development. The company was able to quickly get its product into the marketplace and greatly increased its revenue.
  • Wrote a comprehensive business plan for a technology services company, including market opportunity sizing and articulation of a clear business strategy. The plan led to $20MM in Series B funding.
